Letter 'Antarctic Cruise'

Dear Sir,

                I am writing to ask you for more information about the ‘Antarctic Cruise’ which I saw advertised in Memorable Holidays. I am very interested in the holiday, but I would like some more details.

                Firstly, I would like to go with my grandparents between July and August this year, provided that there are starting dates for the trip on those months. In that case, I was wondering how much it costs and if there are any extra activities included in the price.

                Secondly, I would be grateful if you could tell me what kind of accommodation is offered. I would rather get a double room, one for my grandparents and another for me. Also, you said that the package includes food, could you possible give me details about what kind of food there might be?

                Thirdly, as the trip is in a cruise, I was wondering if there is a weight limit for the baggage and as I would like to go with my grandparents, I am slightly worried about their health and security, so please, could you tell me how safe the trip is?

                Finally, I do not speak very well Spanish, so I would like to know if the guides speak English, in other case, I won’t understand their description and information of the cruise or places in Antarctic given by them.
